What You Will Need:

Education & Experience

• 13 to 15 years
• BE/BTech degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Skills and knowledge acquired through Development, Technical Lead, or Project Management are required in each of the following areas: Project Management, Agile-Scrum, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements Gathering, and Systems Analysis and Design.

• Windchill Knowledge is preferred and a plus. If not experienced in Windchill, could have worked on similar PLM systems like Teamcenter, SolidWorks PDM, Autodesk Fusion.

• If the candidate has not worked on any PLM software, he / she should have experience in building / managing J2EE based applications

• Strong history and track record of completing quality projects on time, as well as a proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to success.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Excellent presentation skills and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to anticipate and build contingency plans.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Project Management skills including Estimating, Scope Management, Budget Management, Time Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Issue/Conflict Resolution, Communication Management, Quality Management, Testing Plans, Training Plans, Team Management.
• Strong coaching, and project management experience.
• Five years project delivery experience or management of large projects as a Lead Developer, Lead Business Analyst or Senior Scrum Master.
• Experience managing teams delivering IT implementations and involving multiple software application integrators.
• Experience and knowledge of various SDLC methodologies including Agile-Scrum.
• Knowledge of application development and system architecture.
• Guide and manage three to four Agile-Scrum teams through the delivery of software solutions and services, embracing and promoting the Agile mindset. Assesses the Scrum Maturity of the teams; coaches to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable.
• Assist Product Owners from the teams to ensure product backlog is well defined, prioritized and organized along with release plans.
• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, sprint demo and sprint reviews.
• Ensure the teams progress toward customer and business goals, and artifacts representing this, are visible and transparent to stakeholders. Lead development of relevant visual artifacts and information radiators.
• Help the teams evolve their Definition of Ready and “Definition of Done” to incrementally improve quality of customer outcomes and traceability to business outcomes.
