Job Description

Role & responsibilities A Masters degree in Clinical psychology or Counselling Psychology is essential. Provide counselling to students facing emotional difficulties, behavioural issues, or in need of social support. Maintain accurate, confidential, and detailed documentation and records of all counselling sessions and student interactions. Facilitate teacher training sessions and conduct guidance classes for students on socio-emotional topics, as requested by the school. Monitor and document students' behavioural development and progress. Collaborate with class teachers and parents to ensure effective counselling support for students The candidate should be flexible to move to different campuses within the same city. Preferred candidate profile A Postgraduate degree in Psychology , preferably with a specialization in Counselling Psychology (e.g., MA/MSc in Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent masters degree focusing on psychological counselling).
