Roles and Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding systems on oil rigs, refineries, and petrochemical plants to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Identify defects, anomalies, or potential hazards in the scaffolding system and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents or equipment failures. Collaborate with maintenance teams to perform repairs, modifications, or installations of scaffolding components as needed. Develop and maintain documentation of inspection results, including reports on findings and recommendations for improvement. Provide training to junior inspectors on scaffolding inspection procedures and best practices.
