Job Title: HR Compliance This role is responsible for managing compliance-related activities, monitoring HR practices, conducting audits, and advising leadership on relevant HR laws and regulations to minimize legal risk. Years of Experience required: 7 to 12 years Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws (e.g., Shops & Establishment / ID Act, etc.) filing returns with authorities. Policy Development & Awareness: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and organizational needs. Create awareness on compliance issues, including harassment prevention, workplace safety, anti-discrimination policies, and confidentiality protocols. Auditing and Monitoring: Perform regular audits of HR practices, processes, and records to ensure compliance with legal standards. Investigate potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
