Role & responsibilities 1. Machine & Equipment Maintenance Conduct daily inspections of machines and identify potential issues. Plan and execute preventive and overhaul maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation faults to ensure uninterrupted operations. Maintain detailed machine logs and update equipment files regularly. Manage repair, installation, shifting, and fabrication of heavy equipment. 2. Reporting & Planning Prepare and maintain daily maintenance reports, weekly plans, and maintenance budgets. Develop maintenance policies and procedures in alignment with company standards. Maintain records as per ISO and other regulatory requirements. 3. Inventory & Subcontractor Management Manage inventory of critical spare parts to ensure availability and cost control. Coordinate and supervise subcontracted services such as machining, rewinding, and re-metaling. Monitor quality and timelines of outsourced maintenance tasks. 4. Team Leadership & Training Supervise and delegate tasks to the in-house maintenance team and contractors. Conduct training for maintenance staff and workers on best practices and safety protocols. Evaluate team performance and promote skill development. 5. Safety, Energy & Estate Management Organize and implement machine safety improvements and energy efficiency plans. Oversee estate maintenance activities related to water, electricity, instrumentation, and mechanical systems. Support heavy material handling and fabrication/welding work as needed.

Role & responsibilities To produce engineering designs and associated engineering documents (such as drawings, calculations, reports) and ensure they are completed within the required timescales. To issue engineering documents, as required To assist in general clerical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Engineering Department Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics. Develop test prototypes. Identify solutions to improve production efficiency. Use design software to develop models and drawings of new products. To progress small and medium sized engineering projects, as allocated, or working as part of a team on larger projects. In both cases, most work should be carried out with minimal supervision, but with regular consultation with the Head of Development or other team members. Maintain existing engineering records and designs. Project work, in addition to design, will include all aspects of the design process such as droughting and testing of products, as well as other organizational tasks, as deemed appropriate, in order to ensure timely progress of projects being worked on. Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs. Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs. Coordinate with other engineers, management, and the creative department. Day-to-day tasking of any allocated engineers. Analysis and understand technical tender specifications, producing the technical aspects of tender returns and creating accurate tender design estimates. Peer review of concept designs, 3D CAD scheme designs, detailed manufacturing drawings and design substantiation by hand calculations. Substantiation (by hand calculation) of engineering designs. Production of concept designs, full 3D scheme design and 2D detail design for manufacture within SolidWorks, all within the required timescales. Assist in general clerical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Engineering Department. Exposure to, and understanding of, a wide range of manufacturing processes

Role & responsibilities 1. Financial Accounting & Record Keeping Maintain and update accounting records using Tally ERP software. Prepare and maintain various ledgers including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements. Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation. 2. Tax Compliance & GST Management Handle GST filing and compliance requirements including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns. Prepare and file various tax returns related to direct and indirect taxes. Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements and tax obligations. Maintain proper documentation for tax audits and assessments. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the manufacturing sector. 3. External Stakeholder Management Coordinate and communicate with company's nominated Chartered Accountant (CA) Provide necessary documentation and support for statutory audits. Assist in preparation of audit working papers and respond to audit queries. Facilitate smooth interaction between internal teams and external CA. 4. Financial Analysis & Reporting Prepare periodic financial reports for management review. Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis. Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. Prepare cost analysis reports specific to manufacturing operations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities 5. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable regulations. Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records. Prepare and submit various regulatory returns and forms. Assist in internal control implementation and monitoring
