We seek an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our destination marketing team. The individual will foster relationships with key stakeholders, drive travel trade partnerships, and plan and implement roadshows, educational seminars, travel trade fams, and other initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans Client Leadership: Serve as the strategic lead for key destination accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns—including digital, content, influencer marketing, PR, and events. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data to derive insights, generate detailed reports, and offer strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. Trade Relations & Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners such as travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, and other relevant stakeholders. Develop co-branded campaigns and collaborative initiatives. Reporting & Presentations: Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and present campaign outcomes to internal stakeholders and client headquarters. Communication & Storytelling: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations and client communications. Promotional Materials: Oversee the production and distribution of branded promotional items for trade events and campaigns. Newsletter & CRM: Manage the creation and timely delivery of monthly newsletters to stakeholders and the travel trade database. Qualifications: • 2-4 Years of work experience in destination/ trade marketing · Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce, etc. · Knowledge and work experience in the tourism industry are preferred. · Knowledge of digital marketing · Experience in preparing marketing presentations. · Strong communication skills in English are essential, both written and verbal. · Working knowledge of social and digital marketing · Understanding and ability to handle international business. · Ability to travel- both domestically and internationally is a must.
