Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers for FTL and PTL road transport services . Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Educate customers on the benefits of FTL and PTL solutions, optimizing their transportation costs. Prepare sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transport execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in road transport, logistics, or freight . Strong understanding of FTL and PTL services, pricing, and market demand .
