Key Responsibilities:  Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.  Set up and operate a variety of machine tools (e.g., lathes, grinders, milling machines, CNC equipment) to produce precision tools and dies.  Assemble and test completed tools and dies for proper operation and compliance with specifications.  Perform maintenance and repairs on existing tools and dies as needed.  Inspect finished products to ensure parts meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy.  Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tooling performance and resolve manufacturing challenges.  Maintain accurate records of tool and die maintenance, repairs, and modifications.  Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
