Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Drive sales across Punjab by building and managing a network of distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers (events, hotels, corporates). Team Handling: Recruit, train, and lead a team of field sales representatives and delivery associates. Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard new B2B & retail partners, optimize delivery routes, and streamline supply chain coordination.Develop and execute strategies tailored to local market dynamics in both urban and semi-urban regions.Work with the marketing team to execute in-store activations, outdoor branding (hoardings, standees), and seasonal campaigns.Maintain accurate sales data, submit daily/weekly performance reports, and align KPIs with company targets.
