Roles and Responsibilities Provide expert-level support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, HCM Payroll, and SuccessFactors. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using SAP HCM tools. Conduct workshops and training sessions on SAP HCM products to educate clients on best practices. Troubleshoot issues related to employee data management, payroll processing, and reporting in SAP HCM. Develop custom reports and dashboards using BEx Analytics to provide insights into client's HR metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 8+ years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central & HCM Payroll). Strong understanding of SAP HCM payroll processes and configurations. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients during implementation projects. Job location : Pan India
