Job Summary: The Senior Consultant for SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) / Cloud ALM will be responsible for managing and optimizing the SAP Solution Manager environment and SAP Cloud ALM functionalities within the SolMan-ALM department. This role involves hands-on experience with configuring, administering, and integrating SAP Solution Manager and Cloud ALM to support business processes and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure SAP Solution Manager functionalities, including monitoring, diagnostics, system integrations, and change control management.
Implement and manage Change Control Management (ChaRM) within SAP Solution Manager. Conduct system diagnostics and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of SAP systems. Integrate SAP Solution Manager with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Solution Manager and Cloud ALM issues. Create and maintain documentation for configuration and operational procedures. Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to align SAP Solution Manager and Cloud ALM capabilities with business needs. Monitor and maintain the health of SAP systems using Solution Manager and Cloud ALM. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and integration.
