SAP SF Provisional Access

SAP SuccessFactors Platform, Security, and Identity Management
(Certification in provisioning access is mandatory)

Mandatory Skill Set:

• Strong expertise in

  SuccessFactors platform

  and

  Role-Based Permission (RBP)

  setup
• Proven experience in

  Security & Access Management

  implementation (1–2 full-cycle implementations required)
• Ability to

  plan, execute, and communicate

  during large-scale change initiatives
• Certified for

  SuccessFactors provisioning access

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with

  ITIL framework

  (ServiceNow preferred)
• Understanding of

  Agile methodologies

• Exposure to

  compliance standards

  such as SARBOX, GDPR, etc.
• Experience with

  HR solutions integration

• Awareness of

  security governance trends

  and value-driven implementations

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess current

  SuccessFactors security and access controls

• Identify potential risks and implement appropriate

  mitigation strategies

• Establish and document

  best practices for transport management

• Onboard new tenants to the

  existing SuccessFactors landscape

• Review, optimize, and clean up

  Role-Based Permissions (RBPs)

• Collaborate with

  internal and external teams

  to prioritize and deliver business needs
• Communicate clearly and effectively across teams and stakeholders
  
• Availability to work in

  CET and extended CET hours
