Role Overview

SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Implementations:

  Participate in and lead specific workstreams within SAP SAC implementation, rollout, and support projects.

• Analyze Requirements:

  Conduct detailed business process analysis and gather requirements for reporting, planning, and analytics.

• Solution Design & Configuration:

  Design and configure SAP SAC stories, dashboards, planning models, and predictive scenarios.

• Data Integration:

  Connect SAP SAC to various data sources (e.g., SAP BW, S/4HANA, BPC, non-SAP systems) and build data models.

• Develop Specifications:

  Create clear functional and technical specifications for custom developments and enhancements within SAC.

• Lead Testing:

  Lead and execute testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solution quality and user adoption.

• Provide Guidance:

  Provide functional and technical guidance to client teams and end-users on SAC best practices.

• Stay Current:

  Continuously update knowledge on new SAP SAC functionalities, planning methodologies, and analytics trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience as an

  SAP SAC Functional Consultant

  .
• Proven experience with at least

  1-2 end-to-end SAP SAC implementations or major rollout projects

  .
• Strong expertise in

  SAP SAC story, dashboard, and data model design

  .
• Demonstrated knowledge of

  SAP SAC Planning and Predictive capabilities

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BW, SAP BPC, or S/4HANA Finance integration with SAC.
• Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage client expectations, and contribute effectively within a team.
• Relevant SAP SAC certifications are a significant plus.
