Job Description

Job Summary: We are hiring a skilled SAP PP/QM Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) , including hands-on work with SAP S/4HANA . The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation , system configuration , and ongoing support of SAP solutions to optimize production and quality processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects for PP and QM modules. Conduct requirement gathering, blueprinting, solution design, configuration , and unit/integration testing . Perform system configuration in SAP PP and QM based on business process requirements. Provide L2/L3 support and manage incident and change request handling in a production environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, CO, and ABAP) for solution integration. Document functional designs, prepare training material, and conduct user training sessions. Ensure data consistency and quality across modules during migrations or enhancements. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing system enhancements. Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP PP/QM on S/4HANA . Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules. Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and support. In-depth knowledge of production planning , demand management , MRP , shop floor control , and capacity planning . Expertise in quality planning, inspections, notifications, results recording , and quality certificates . Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations (including one on S/4HANA preferred). Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, CO, and third-party applications. Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical/ABAP teams . Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
