Job Title: SAP GTS Operations Consultant Experience: 57 Years Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Candidates with up to 60 Days’ Notice Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Operations Consultant with 5–7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP GTS modules and a solid understanding of global trade compliance processes. This role will support ongoing operations, enhancements, and project rollouts in a hybrid working environment from our Bengaluru location. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational and functional support for SAP GTS modules. Manage and maintain system configurations across various GTS functionalities. Work on business process mapping and improvement in global trade compliance and legal regulations. Support compliance and sanction screening processes. Configure and activate new legal regulations, license statuses, license types, and issuing authorities. Conduct RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) development and handle Z enhancements based on business needs. Perform Document and Item Category Mapping within the GTS system. Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including upgrades and global rollouts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements. Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation. Required Skills and Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS. Strong understanding of international trade compliance, legal regulations, and sanction screening. Proven experience in support projects, configuration management, and system enhancements. Good exposure to RICEF developments and Z enhancements. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to manage GTS-specific configurations (e.g., licenses, issuing authorities, document/item mappings). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
