SAP Fico Consultant

Job Responsibilities : -

• Knowledge in SAPs FICO Methodology and well versed with business process & configuration in SAP.

• Understand & prepared AS-IS & TO-BE of the company, based on that prepared Business blueprint of FICO process

  for the project.

• Configured standard SAP functions with regards to various accounting, finance and costing processes in S/4 HANA

• Closing Activity- Open and Closing posting period

• Creation of Profit centres & Cost centres as per client requirement.

• Masters Creation (Vendor & Customer) in BP & General Ledgers as per requirement & its mapping

• Bank & cash related configuration.

• Provided support to run and maintains project for FICO Modules.

• Monitoring ticket queue and resolving timely as per SLA agreement.

Interacted with Business users wherever required for getting resolved the tickets

• Reviewing the tickets status weekly and updating the status to Project manager

Provided training to the user with respect to FICO module.

• Configuration relating to setup of Company and Company code, Posting Period, Field Status Variant, setting up financial year, open and close period, Financial Statement Version, Tolerance limit etc.

• Extensive Knowledge of configuring Petty Cash (Cash Journal), Manual Bank Statement and Electronic Bank Statement and Bank Reconciliation, House Bank creation, Bank Account master, transaction through cheques, creating cheque lot, etc.

• Configuration relating to Down Payments, Advance Payments, Debtor Aging, Credit Management, Balance interest calculation, Item Interest Calculation.

• Configuration related to the Validation and Substitution, Parallel Ledger Accounting, Foreign Currency Valuation, Cross Company Posting

• Extensive knowledge of New GL with Document Splitting, Multiple Currencies and Ledger.

• Configuration related to Reference Documents, Recurring Documents and Accrual/Deferral Documents.

• Configuration expertise on Financial Accounting with AR (Accounts Receivables, AP (Accounts Payables), New GL (General Ledger) and Automatic Payment Programme, Document Hold and Document Parking

• Configuration related to Input and Output Tax and Withholding Tax (TDS).

• Good knowledge in configuration of CEA (Cost Element Accounting), CCA (Cost Centre Accounting), PCA (Profit Center Accounting), PA (Profitability Analysis), Internal Order (IO).

• Good knowledge on designing the complete Asset Management including Chart of depreciation, Asset class, Depreciation Area determination, Asset life cycle, Asset under construction etc.

• Expertise in setting Controlling Area, Creating Cost elements by Batch input sessions for Primary Cost elements and also creation of Secondary Cost Elements for CO Allocations and assign appropriate Cost Element Category.

• Worked on FI-MM and FI-SD integration.

• Hands on experience in Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW).

• Hands on experience in Cutover Activities.

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: -
