Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist with a strong background in Materials Management (MM), Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC), and Financial Accounting & Controlling (FICO) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in handling multiple SAP modules and a comprehensive understanding of SAP processes within the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves overseeing end-to-end SAP operations, ensuring system efficiency, and supporting business functions through SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee SAP MM, PPIC, and FICO modules, ensuring smooth operations and integration. Provide technical and functional expertise for SAP implementation, customization, and troubleshooting. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes using SAP solutions. Lead SAP system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations as required. Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards. Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide training and support to end-users. Coordinate with SAP vendors and consultants for system improvements and maintenance. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP tools to support decision-making. Implement best practices for SAP governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC). Stay updated with the latest SAP advancements and industry trends to enhance system capabilities. Requirements: 7 to 15 years of experience in SAP, with a focus on MM, PPIC, and FICO modules. Strong understanding of SAP integration across different modules and business processes. Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, implementation, and support. Prior experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is a must. Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize SAP workflows. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA would be an added advantage. Strong project management skills to drive SAP-related initiatives.
