SAP EWM Senior Consultant

You are an experienced SAP EWM Consultant who will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for clients. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions to enhance warehouse operations. Your key responsibilities will include: EWM Implementation & Configuration: - Leading and supporting the implementation and configuration of SAP EWM modules. - Customizing SAP EWM solutions to meet client-specific requirements, including configuring warehouse structures, storage types, bin management, inventory management, and transportation management. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: - Working closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to warehouse management processes. - Translating business requirements into functional specifications and configuring the SAP EWM system accordingly. Process Optimization: - Identifying areas of improvement within warehouse operations and utilizing SAP EWM capabilities to enhance efficiency. - Implementing best practices to optimize warehouse operations such as inventory management, order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Integration & Support: - Integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules such as SAP WM, SAP MM, SAP TM, and third-party logistics systems. - Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM issues, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
