JD for SAP EWM. Key Responsibilities SAP EWM Implementation & Configuration : Lead and support the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) . Configure key EWM components such as Inbound & Outbound Processing , Storage Bin Management , Handling Units , Warehouse Tasks , and Warehouse Orders . Process Optimization : Design, develop, and implement solutions to optimize warehouse processes, including goods receipt , inventory management , order picking , packing , and shipping . Integration with Other Modules : Ensure smooth integration of SAP EWM with other modules like SAP MM (Materials Management) , SAP WM (Warehouse Management) , SAP TM (Transportation Management) , SAP PP (Production Planning) , and SAP S/4HANA . Warehouse Layout Design : Configure and manage the warehouse layout in SAP EWM to ensure optimal storage, product flow, and picking strategies. Inventory Management : Manage and optimize the inventory control processes within the warehouse, including stock taking, batch management, and cycle counting. Advanced EWM Features : Leverage advanced features like Wave Management , Cross-Docking , Labor Management , and RF (Radio Frequency) support to enhance warehouse operations. Troubleshooting & Support : Provide ongoing support for EWM-related issues, troubleshoot system errors, and resolve configuration issues efficiently. System Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for EWM implementations, ensuring the system meets business requirements and performs as expected.
