Job Title: SAP PM/CS Consultant Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10+ Years Domain: Manufacturing Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP PM/CS Consultant with a strong background in the manufacturing domain , specializing in Warranty Management . The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) modules. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP PM/CS module implementations and support projects. Gather business requirements and configure SAP PM/CS solutions to meet client needs. Design and deliver solutions for Warranty Management processes in the manufacturing sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality. Create functional specifications for custom developments and work with ABAP developers. Provide end-user training and support change management activities. Conduct system testing, prepare documentation, and support go-live activities. Ensure smooth integration of SAP PM/CS with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and FI. Required Skills: Strong expertise in SAP PM and CS modules . Hands-on experience in Warranty Management processes. Proven track record of working in the manufacturing domain . Excellent understanding of plant maintenance processes and service order processing. Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills. Ability to lead workshops and training sessions. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in PM/CS is a plus. Experience with S/4HANA is an advantage. Knowledge of integration with third-party systems or tools.
