Overview: SuccessFactors Integrations Consultant This role leverages consulting skills, business knowledge, and expertise in SuccessFactors solutions to effectively integrate SAP technology into a client's business environment, aiming to achieve desired business results. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 to 4 years of experience with the SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tool . The primary focus of data integrations using CPI will be between SuccessFactors, ECC, and various target systems . This is purely a development role . Integration specifications will be provided by a Business Analyst, and the candidate, as a developer, will use the CPI tool to create these integrations. The candidate will be part of an in-house development team that will not only deliver on business requirements but also foster knowledge sharing and collaboration among developers. Skills and Knowledge (Qualifications & Responsibilities) Experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI): About 2 to 4 years of experience is required. Data Integration Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in developing custom interfaces with SAP Cloud Platform Integration using various HCI/CPI tools. Scripting: Expertise with Groovy scripts is preferable . Security Concepts: Clear understanding of security concepts, including SSL and PGP encryption . Standard Adapters: Good working knowledge with most of the standard adapters (FILE, RFC, IDOC, JDBC, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JMS, SuccessFactors, etc.). Implementation Experience: Should have completed at least one end-to-end implementation , specifically integrating with SuccessFactors and building custom iFlows. Other Middleware Tools: Experience with other Middleware tools like SAP PI/PO, Web Methods, EDI, etc., is valuable. Training & Support: Experience in training business users on running extracts through CPI, and knowledge of the cutover process and support processes. Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Tools Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel. Work Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule. SAP API Management: Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in SAP API management . API Management Hands-on: Hands-on experience on API portal and dev portal. APIM Capabilities: Strong knowledge of APIM capabilities like policies, traffic control, resources creation, data transformation. OpenAPI Specification (OAS): Understanding of OpenAPI Specification (OAS). Authentication Methods: Good knowledge of different authentication methods like basic, OAuth 2.0. API Creation: Strong experience in creating of APIs, products, applications, and tagging APIs with products. SAP CPI and SuccessFactors Knowledge: Good to have SAP CPI and SuccessFactors knowledge. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Full Life-cycle Implementation: At least one full life-cycle implementation of SAP CPI-SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration, to go-live. Certifications: SAP HCI/CPI Certification.
