Mandatory Skills & Experience:

SAP AI & RPA Automation
: Strong expertise in building and deploying automation solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Process Automation tools.
Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing automation workflows using UiPath. Certification is preferred.
Experience integrating Microsoft Co-Pilot into enterprise automation or AI-assisted workflows.
SAP HR & SAP SuccessFactors Use Cases
: Demonstrated experience in automating processes such as onboarding, payroll support, leave management, or other HR workflows within SAP SuccessFactors.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in building conversational AI/chatbots for SAP applications
Knowledge of SAP CAP or BTP SDKs for service integration
Prior experience in automation governance, monitoring, and analytics
Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) or Power BI for AI-driven insights

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work across business and IT teams to gather requirements
Solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
