SAP ABAP/Fiori Consultant

This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in SAP ABAP and Fiori development, crucial for supporting service pack upgrades and release activities within a client's ERP system. As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the preparation and delivery of SAP ABAP, HANA & FIORI activities while monitoring progress. Your role will involve providing technical solutions and reviews on SAP ABAP, HANA & FIORI deliveries. It will be essential to ensure that project activities adhere to standard methodologies, processes, and tools. Additionally, you will be expected to propose and implement initiatives to optimize planning, cost, and quality, while performing POCs as needed. Reviewing project requirements, preparing cutover plans, designing and building custom code/apps, and extending SAP standards will all be part of your responsibilities. Providing support during testing phases, go-live, and post go-live hyper care for release projects, GSI, and TWIST deployments will also be crucial. Identifying and mitigating risks, driving out barriers to success, and escalating issues as needed are key aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you must have 7+ years of strong experience in SAP Fiori development. Proficiency in ABAP programming is a must, along with experience with SAP HANA. Additionally, experience with project management methodologies and knowledge of GSI and TWIST deployment processes would be advantageous. The location for this role is Bangalore, with 3 days of work from office (WFO) required.
