Preferred to work from Chennai location, pan india is second option, be flexible at working time as needed at times and tight deliverables.
For C1/C2: Technical hand on with team leading capability.
Provide technical solutions,
Taking up challenging and complex objects with themselves than just shadowing juniors (this is to have quicker turn around time)
estimates for tasks and changes
Able to foresee the issue during firefighting.
Good at perf tuning techniques and adherence to quality coding.
