Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Execution & Supervision - Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site. - Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. - Coordinate with site workers, contractors, and subcontractors. 2. Planning & Coordination - Assist in planning daily and weekly site activities. - Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment on-site. - Liaise with consultants, architects, and project managers for site issues and clarifications. 3. Quality Assurance & Safety - Monitor quality of materials and workmanship. - Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards. - Implement and maintain site safety procedures and regulations. 4. Survey & Layout - Conduct site measurements, levels, and layouts using leveling instruments. - Verify structure positioning as per plans. 5. Reporting & Documentation - Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs). - Prepare checklists for construction activities like concreting, shuttering, waterproofing, etc. - Manage site records, stock registers, and material consumption.
