Business Development: · Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction consultancy sector. · Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company's services and brand. 2. Market Research and Analysis: · It conducts market studies to identify potential opportunities and trends. · Analysing competitors to stay ahead in the market. Gathering data to make informed business decisions. 3. Client Acquisition and Retention: · The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing new clients by Identifying potential clients through outreach and engagement. · Understanding Potential Requirements. 4. Proposals & Presentations: · Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tenders to prospective clients, ensuring they align with client requirements and the company’s capabilities. · Work closely with the management to develop competitive pricing models and solutions. · Work with Technical Team to update company profile with latest project information. · Exploring Leads through social media, websites, database and understand opportunities to collaborate or get business. 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: · Work closely with the project management, technical, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution. · Provide market insights and feedback to help refine the company’s service offerings. 7. Exploring Opportunities: · Connecting with Architects, Industry Experts, Consultants to explore new opportunities for collaboration. · Educating technical team members about our business capabilities and explore possibilities of their referrals. Ø Qualifications & Skills: ü Master/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration ü Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ü Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. ü Proactive & confident for taking initiative ü Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. ü Familiarity with project management processes and construction methodologies. ü Ability to think strategically and identify new business avenues. ü Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
