Sales/Marketing Executive (PUNE)

Travel Requirement: Frequent travel involved

We are seeking an honest, organized, and motivated Sales/Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the exhibition industry. The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience in sales or marketing, have a deep understanding of the sales process, and be passionate about building lasting client relationships. This role involves both office-based tasks and field travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visiting potential clients.
• Promote and sell exhibition space and sponsorships to businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that add value.
• Work closely with marketing teams to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent the company and generate leads.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated.
• Honest, well-organized, and committed to achieving targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

A successful candidate must understand sales as a consultative process—identifying client needs, offering solutions, and building trust. It’s not just about closing a deal, but creating long-term relationships that benefit both the client and the company.

Pay: ₹9,898.17 - ₹30,889.19 per month
