Salesforce Vlocity developer

As a Vlocity Salesforce Developer with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and integrating custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your primary focus will be on building and configuring Vlocity applications to meet business requirements. You will work closely with functional teams to understand requirements, document systems and features, and create technical designs. Troubleshooting, debugging, and providing resolutions for issues will also be part of your responsibilities. In this role, you will design, implement, and troubleshoot scalable and reusable software/API systems, including n-tier and cloud-based systems. You will actively support configuration management of code and software, and act as a liaison between external vendors and internal teams. Providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and participating in coding exercises and peer code reviews will be essential for the development life cycles and change management. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce and 2-3 years of experience in Vlocity. Hands-on experience in developing Vlocity components such as Omniscript, DataRaptor, Document Template, Apex Language, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Customer Objects, and Lightning Design System (LDS) is required. Vlocity certification is preferred, and experience in designing and implementing complex rules is a plus. Additionally, you should have experience with web-based technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular, jQuery, React.js, or similar. Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud, Salesforce REST, SOAP, Metadata API, and integration experience with external REST/SOAP APIs and web services is necessary. Familiarity with structured data interchange formats like JSON and XML, agile processes, software development lifecycle, and tools, as well as CI/CD tools like GitHub and Jenkins is expected. Good communication skills, positive attitude, quick learning ability, strong analytical thinking, technical team leadership, and project delivery experience are desired qualities for this role. Full stack engineering knowledge/experience, especially in Microservices development, UI development using Angular/React, and database systems, would be advantageous.
