Salesforce Technical Lead

As a Salesforce Developer, your primary responsibility will be to support business objectives by utilizing the Salesforce platform to create and configure comprehensive solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency gains across all business functions. You will analyze complex business and technical requirements to design thorough business and system solutions. Your tasks will include designing, configuring, developing, documenting, testing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, including integrations with third-party applications. Understanding the business needs of internal customers and providing comprehensive solutions, developing coding standards, and offering guidance to software developers are also crucial aspects of your role. You will participate in cross-functional team communication, knowledge sharing activities, and work on complex projects with minimal managerial guidance. Additionally, you will fulfill a technical lead role on large projects, coordinate development activities, estimate and prioritize user system requests, and advise on leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions. Managing and documenting configuration changes, remaining updated on Salesforce releases, features, best practices, applications, and certifications, and overseeing release previews and business process testing are essential tasks. Furthermore, you will drive user adoption, best practices, deliver training and support as needed, conduct system health checks, and communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology, along with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Your technical expertise should cover various aspects of Salesforce, such as gap analysis, solution design, configuration, development, integration with other applications, use of APIs, Apex, Lightning, AURA, Visualforce, data conversion, system administration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, HTML, XML, Agile Project methodology, and familiarity with JIRA are also required.
