Role & responsibilities - 1215 years of total IT experience, with 8+ years in Salesforce architecture/integration. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce custom development (Apex, Lightning, LWC, integrations). 35 years of experience designing and owning technical architecture for large Salesforce programs. Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI. Experience building complex business processes using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and Force.com Certifications (Mandatory): Platform Developer I (Developer Track) At least one Cloud Consultant Certification: (e.g., Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience, or Field Service) System Architect or Application Architect Preferred candidate profile Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Developer II) Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps tools Strong client-facing experience and the ability to drive executive-level conversations
