As a Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing architectural design for Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and technical best practices. Your responsibilities will include leading the technical design and implementation of complex Salesforce projects, integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, and ensuring governance policies, coding standards, and best practices are enforced for development and deployment. Collaboration with business stakeholders to define the Salesforce technical roadmap, optimizing performance, ensuring security measures are robust and compliant, and providing mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators will be key aspects of your role. You will engage with business leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of IT experience with a focus on enterprise systems, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, including architectural leadership roles. Deep knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), data modeling, integration patterns, and API development are essential. Certifications like Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable. Proficiency in tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), CI/CD processes, and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential for this role along with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.,
