Salesforce Senior Developer

You are an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer who will be joining our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN). Your role will involve developing applications on Salesforce.com, utilizing your understanding of Agile Development. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Accountability, attention to detail, and initiative-taking are qualities that you should possess. To be successful in this role, you must have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com development and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Proficiency in Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, and Salesforce APIs is mandatory. In addition, you should have experience in Service Cloud skills such as Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and APIs with custom-built portal. Deployment using Flosum is also required. At an advanced level, you should have expertise in Lightning web component (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce SOQL, configuring Salesforce Flow, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and experience in web technologies like HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Troubleshooting skills are crucial for this role. Intermediate-level proficiency in Salesforce Dataloader, Reports & Dashboards, Einstein analytical studio, Salesforce Administration, Deployment, Security Profiles, Permission Sets, and experience in Object-Oriented programming languages such as Java or C# are preferred. Possession of Salesforce Developer I Certification is recommended.
