Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing
Cloud.
• Create and manage personalized customer journeys and campaigns.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.
• Develop and maintain data models, flows, and mappings.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance.
• Stay updated with platform features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact
Builder.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with data integration tools and APIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud
Developer) are a plus
