SalesForce Developer/Technical Support

You are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer & Technical Support Specialist with at least 5 years of experience to join our team at Mindspark Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing, customizing, and supporting our Salesforce platform. Your main tasks will include developing scalable technical solutions on Salesforce, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a robust, secure CRM environment that meets the needs of our sales, service, and marketing teams. As the ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. You should demonstrate a strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Components (Aura or LWC), as well as experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns. A good understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and sharing architecture is also required, along with familiarity with version control (like Git) and CI/CD processes. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce pages. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining integrations with third-party applications via APIs and middleware tools (like MuleSoft), providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting, resolving complex Salesforce issues escalated by admins or users, maintaining and optimizing Salesforce security, sharing rules, roles, and profiles, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Additionally, you will assist in data migrations, sandbox management, and deployment processes using tools like Change Sets or ANT, ensure code quality and performance through best practices and testing (unit testing, regression testing), and keep up with new Salesforce releases to recommend relevant improvements.
