Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize applications using
Apex
,
Visualforce
, and
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
.
Design and implement scalable
Salesforce solutions
based on business requirements.
Customize Salesforce standard objects and develop custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, and triggers.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), or AppExchange apps.
Collaborate with admins, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, and participate in deployment activities.
Maintain system integrity and security standards according to Salesforce best practices.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and platform enhancements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
25+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Proficient in
Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce
, and
Lightning Web Components
.
Experience with
Salesforce configuration
(custom objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.).
Strong understanding of Salesforce
Data Model
,
Security Model
, and
Governor Limits
.
Experience with
Salesforce DX
,
VS Code
, and version control (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with
Salesforce integration patterns
and
API development
.

Desirable Skills:

Salesforce certifications such as
Platform Developer I/II
,
App Builder
, or
Salesforce Administrator
.
Experience with
Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
,
CPQ
, or
Marketing Cloud
is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience using CI/CD tools for Salesforce (e.g., Jenkins, Gearset, Copado).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
