We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our CRM capabilities. What does your day look like as a Salesforce Developer at Value Health Inc? Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, Omni Scripts, FlexCards and other relevant technologies. Collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for coding standards, version control, and documentation. Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements through the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows. Configure user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Integration : Participate in the integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs is value addition. Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other applications. Qualifications Bachelor' s or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1+ years of Salesforce Experience Proficient in Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration. Experienc in Omni Script & Flex cards is added advantage. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components is must. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model. Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge in Healthcare landscape is an addon.
