Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integration components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to junior developers and review code to ensure high quality and maintainability.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (MuleSoft preferred), and AppExchange apps.
• Optimize and improve existing Salesforce implementations and ensure adherence to platform best practices.
• Work closely with Salesforce admins, architects, and QA to ensure end-to-end delivery of features.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and incorporate new features into the platform roadmap.

Technical Skills:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, workflows, process builder, etc.).
• Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and sharing rules.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (preferred).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
