Job Description

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze their requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions. Your role will involve leading dynamic requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams, guiding users towards leveraging Out-of-box Salesforce solutions and industry best practices. Employing a robust analytical approach, you will evaluate business needs and identify opportunities for enhancement. As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Functional Specs documentation, including use cases, and coordinating with the team to test and deploy system changes. Collaboration with development, design, and QA teams will be crucial to ensure that business requirements are implemented and validated in accordance with documented specifications. Additionally, you will monitor Salesforce Service Cloud upgrades and industry trends, offering recommendations on best practices and new features to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will also involve developing reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide valuable insights to stakeholders. Key skills required for this position include proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role, with at least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Community. A strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is necessary, along with the ability to create process diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving measurable outcomes are key to success in this role. Salesforce certifications would be advantageous. This is a permanent/contract position in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The educational qualifications required for this role include B.Tech/B.E/MSc/MCA/MTech/MBA degrees.
