If you're a go-getter with excellent communication skills and experience in telecalling/sales, this is a great opportunity to work in the finance and stock market industry. Responsibilities: Call & follow up with leads generated by our marketing team. Educate prospects about demat account benefits and assist in activation process. Explain value-added services: free stock market training, strategy sessions, webinars, and books (₹1 lakh worth freebies). Meet daily/weekly/monthly activation targets. Coordinate with backend and sales team. Report to office once a week for team meetings and performance updates. Requirements: Min. 6 months of telecalling/sales experience preferred (Freshers with excellent communication may apply). Strong persuasion and follow-up skills. Familiar with financial or demat services (preferred). Basic computer & CRM knowledge. Must be fluent in Hindi and English .
