Sales Promoter

Sales & Promotion

• Promote and demonstrate FMCG products to customers in retail outlets, supermarkets, or promotional events
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket size

Customer Engagement

• Approach customers proactively and explain product features, benefits, and promotions
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
• Conduct product sampling or live demonstrations if required

Merchandising & Display

• Ensure proper display of products as per planogram standards
• Maintain cleanliness and attractive appearance of display shelves and promotional stands
• Monitor product stock levels and request replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations

Market Feedback & Reporting

• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence (competitor activities, promotions, pricing, etc.)
• Submit daily sales and activity reports to the supervisor

Product Knowledge

• Maintain updated knowledge of product specifications, features, and competitive advantages
• Attend training sessions as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
