Sales Professional

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into buyers, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will represent our real estate projects to potential clients and support them throughout the property buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source new leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals, digital inquiries, and property exhibitions.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an organized database of contacts and opportunities.
• Negotiate deals and close sales in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and lead generation.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, legal requirements, and pricing structures.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the CRM regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Real Estate).
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a similar high-value product/service industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Familiarity with local real estate laws, documentation, and RERA (preferred).
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
