Job Description

URGENT REQUIREMENT

Looking for Sales and Product Knowledge Executive for kolkata location. Its a Jewellery Showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer sales – both offline and online.
Have basic knowledge of diamond quality, gold rates, and how to calculate pricing.
Know how to read gadder (loupe magnification) and identify certificate numbers engraved on diamonds.
Assist clients in understanding product value and quality.
Use good communication and convincing skills to help clients make decisions.
Respond to client inquiries via call, WhatsApp, or in-store visits.

Basic Requirements:

Experience or interest in jewellery, diamonds, or sales.
Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
Honest, presentable, and able to speak clearly and respectfully with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
