Sales & Operations Manager (female)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Sales & Operations Manager to lead our customer engagement team and oversee front-desk operations at our school. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering a positive experience for visitors while ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Sales: Lead and manage a team responsible for telecalling and customer interactions. Oversee and enhance the trial booking process to increase conversions. Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address complaints professionally. Ensure prompt follow-ups with potential customers and maintain strong relationships. Front Desk & Operations Management: Supervise front-desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Manage calls, emails, and all forms of correspondence efficiently. Maintain accurate records, office supplies, and administrative functions. Assist in scheduling, travel arrangements, and operational planning. Team Leadership & Performance Management: Train and mentor team members to improve customer service and sales performance. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborate with management to optimize operations and improve efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or operations role. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
