Sales Officier

Ø Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement. Ø Team Building and removing obstacles for growth. Ø Provide innovative ideas and suggestion to improve the market presence. Ø Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance. Ø Cover deep interior markets, doctors and retail chemist shop. Ø Conduct business plan review meeting with sales team. Ø Motivate and sale them our products. Appoint Distributor & Super stockiest in concern area. Ø Sale products to chemist / doctors and motivate them for maximum business generation. Ø Operate promotional activities defined by company time to time. Ø Making monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular Follow-up and discussion with team members. Ø Achieve target of allocated head quarter /Area/State. Ø Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals. Ø Handle the team activity on daily basis.
