A Sales Officer in a Multistate Co-operative Society is responsible for promoting and mobilizing Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and Savings Accounts by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing members. The role involves field visits, lead generation, explaining product features, achieving monthly deposit targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer must collect necessary KYC documents, follow all cooperative norms and RBI guidelines, and avoid any form of mis-selling or malpractice. Strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in financial product sales is preferred.
