Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

Provide detailed product information and demonstrate product features to customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions
Identifying new business opportunities in channel sales and converting them into clients.
Use all available opportunities for Weber to acquire new customers and specifiers
Meet or exceed monthly / annual sales and gross profit targets for responsible areas and/or segments.
Maximise sales across the full Weber product range.

Preferred candidate profile:-

2+ years of experience in Retail Sales (preferred - Building Material, Construction Chemicals,etc.)
Exposure in Water proofing, Paints, or building material exposure preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
