Role We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Consultant (Entry-Level) to join our team and play a key role in onboarding new brands, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales with exposure to brand partnerships and customer engagement. & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Brand Onboarding: Assist in identifying potential brands and support their seamless onboarding into the platform/system. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with brand partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Sales Support: Work closely with senior sales team members to support pitches, proposals, and execution. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. Documentation & Reporting: Ensure proper documentation of leads, interactions, and updates in the CRM system. Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for basic client queries and escalate issues to the relevant team when required. Collaboration: Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams such as operations, design, and finance for smooth onboarding and execution. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field 0–1 years of experience in Sales, Client Servicing, or similar roles (internships count!) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and be proactive Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
