Key Responsibilities: —--------------------------------- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable EV models. Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion and customer relationship management. Assist customers with financing options, warranties, and after-sales services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EV trends, competitors, and industry developments. Collaborate with marketing and dealership teams to drive sales initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless buying experience. Qualifications & Skills: —------------------------------------ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Gender: Only female candidates (as per company diversity policies). Communication: Excellent verbal and written English + Kannada (preferred). Personality: Outgoing, persuasive, and customer-oriented. Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of EVs and automotive technology is a plus.
