Job Summary

Sales & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage sales and operations teams (up to 50+ members) across multiple verticals.
  
• Drive revenue targets through strategic planning, campaign collaboration, and efficient lead management.
  
• Monitor performance metrics such as Average Treatment Score (ATS) and input matrices to identify gaps and implement corrective action.
  
• Partner with marketing, insurance, and operations teams to streamline processes and boost lead-to-sale conversions.
  
• Supervise category development (e.g., Urology or similar) including geographical expansion, vendor/doctor onboarding, and cross-team alignment.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews and initiate data-driven coaching, training, and development programs.
  
• Liaise with senior stakeholders and clients to resolve escalations and maintain satisfaction.
  
• Monitor operational KPIs, vendor SLAs, and project timelines for smooth execution and business continuity.
  

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing/Finance or related field (preferred from a recognized university).
  
• Minimum 57 years of progressive experience in Sales & Operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  
• Strong experience in healthcare, healthtech, or service-based sales preferred.
