Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the organizational goals. You will lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets, both at individual and team levels. Monitoring performance and analyzing market trends will be crucial to adjust strategies for optimal results. Collaboration with marketing, product, and customer support teams is essential to ensure alignment of efforts towards common objectives. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as resolving customer issues promptly, will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, preparing detailed sales reports and presenting valuable insights to senior management will be vital for informed decision-making. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
